I'm a UX & Product Designer | Systems Thinker Designing Human-Centered AI Tools at Enterprise Scale.

12 years across enterprise SaaS, legal tech, and entertainment — at ADP, LegalZoom, and Disney —designing systems used by 16M+ people every month.

My background in Architecture and IT gives me a structural lens some designers don't have. I design how things work, not just how they look.

Driving Engagement Through UX Redesign of a 100K+ User Compliance Platform

ADP’s Compliance On Demand platform served over 100K clients but was constrained by a legacy experience that limited engagement and scalability.

I led the end-to-end UX redesign, aligning the platform to a new design system and ecosystem goals. The result was a more intuitive, cohesive experience that significantly increased engagement and consultation bookings.

Retaining LegalZoom's Largest Enterprise Client Through a Zero-to-One B2B2C Benefits Platform

I led design as the sole UX designer on LegalZoom's first B2B2C benefits platform, taking it from concept to shipped MVP in 5 months, retaining their largest enterprise client, and expanding the company into a new market ahead of its 2021 IPO.

Designing a Concept AI Agent to Cut Photo Culling Time by 50% While Keeping Photographers in Control

Photographers waste hours manually culling shoots. Through a structured AI/UX design program, I developed a concept prototype for Adobe Bridge that learns a photographer's style, auto-culls with explainable reasoning, and keeps the human in control.

My Approach to AI

I see AI as a collaborator that, when designed responsibly, helps people move faster while staying in control. In my AI Photo Culler project, I prototyped AI-powered workflows inside Adobe Bridge, making machine learning suggestions explainable while ensuring photographers kept creative authority. This sharpened my understanding of how to design AI features that are clear, trustworthy, and genuinely useful.

In my own workflow, I use AI to uncover patterns in feedback, generate design variations, and synthesize information. I use it responsibly as an expert-in-the-loop guiding every step rather than handing over the wheel.

Below: Narrated videos exploring vibe coding tools for my AI Photo Culler project.

Claude Logo Claude

Claude seems promising with the ability to upload actual photos and more functionality than the others.

Loveable Logo Loveable

Loveable wasn’t great - I prompted it to match some Adobe Bridge screenshots, but it was far off.

“v0 v0

I found v0 a potential tool to continue iterating for user research, but not for a pixel-perfect prototype recreating Adobe Bridge.

Magic Patterns Logo Magic Patterns

Magic Patterns was an interesting experiment, but I found some limitations in functionality.

Final Mid-Fi Figma Prototype Figma Make

I was unable to replicate Adobe Bridge with Figma Make, and ultimately decided to pivot back to regular Figma for more visually accurate prototype.

“VoiceFlow VoiceFlow

Voiceflow’s functional Agent simulated the conversational chatbot portion of the design.

This shaped my latest Figma demo prototype.
